TROUBLE SHOOTING THE SHOPPING CART
Mon, 23 Mar 2009We've had a few calls lately from people having trouble signing on to purchase courses. There is a simple solution.
The TRAKADDICTZ Signup doesn't register you to shop on the website. You need to register on the shopping cart by clicking on the "Register Account" link, completing your details and responding to a system generated email to verify your details. The website designers are working on combining the newsletter and shopping cart functions, but until this happens you will need to sign up to both functions on the website.
If you're having trouble with the system not recognising your email, try to register your account on the shopping cart link as this will solve 99% of problems. If you continue to have trouble, please email us and we will help.
