Motorcycle Coaching Accreditation
Motorcycling WA (MWA) holds coaching courses for anyone who has a motorcycling background and preferably a racing background, who want to give something back to their sport and become a motorcycle coach.
Mr Peter SMITH from MWA is the man to contact for details regarding to the course dates and content.
TRAKDAYZ has backed the coaching courses by not only taking part in the delivery of the course, but also by actively allowing participants to gain coaching accreditation by delivering training at our events.
Coaching others is a way of ensuring that our sport remains highly regarded nationally and internationally, so if you share the passion, then please make the call or make an enquiry via email to MWA.
Coaches and Helpers
TRAKDAYZ relies on a core group of dedicated helpers and coaches. From time to time, people ask about volunteering at TRAKDAYZ events.
We strongly encourage our coaches to become qualified Level 1 Coaches, to assist pre and post event, and to attend the majory of the courses, both at Wanneroo and Collie. We also ask our coaches and helpers to attend a couple of short meetings throughout the year.
Helping out at TRAKDAYZ isn't just about riding in Group 4, we look for volunteers who are prepared to commit regularly and help out in all areas.
Our volunteers need to be there before 7am to help set up course signs, welcome riders, set out equipment; and to help out with rider registration.
We ensure that each group has an equal number of assistants, so the coaches and helpers need to be flexible and assist in any area of the event as needed.
The TRAKDAYZ Directors are very keen supporters of coaching development and will gladly assist your coaching experience. It takes alot more than just good riding skills to be a TRAKDAYZ Volunteer; we look for those who can demonstrate regular attendance and a committment to the development of the sport.
