It is not the responsibility of TRAKDAYZ if you fail to attend, cannot ride, are unfit to ride, or choose not to ride in all or part of the day.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
If you need to cancel or transfer your course, you can either:
A) email us and if there is a waiting list and we fill your place, we will provide you with a credit note (NB: as at 19th March 2011, the waiting list is not functional).
- if we are unable to fill your place, we will not issue a refund.
B) if you find a replacement, we MUST receive an email with their FULL details: Name, Address, Phone number, your invoice number at LEAST 5 days prior to the event.
Naturally there may be exceptions to this policy from time to time, so if you think your circumstances warrant an exemption, contact us and explain your individual situation.
