Cancellation Policy
It is not the responsibility of TRAKDAYZ if you fail to attend, cannot ride, are unfit to ride, or choose not to ride in all or part of the day.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your course without financial penalty, you must inform us by email, 12-days prior to the booked course. Please note that all refunds, cancellations and transfers within 12-days of a course will attract a 50% administration fee.
TRANSFERS
To transfer your course without financial penalty, you must inform us by email, 12-days prior to the booked course.
In most cases we will be able to arrange a transfer for you. Please note that all refunds, cancellations and transfers within 12-days of a course will attract a 50% administration fee.
Due to our extensive waiting lists, we are unable to honour on-sold bookings. Do not sell your course to another person or arrange for someone else to take your place.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds (either in part or in full) unless 12-days notice is given.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons: weather conditions, work and roster requirements, motorcycle problems, family crisis and heath problems.
Full refunds (100% course fee) will be provided if TRAKDAYZ is notified by email more than 12-days prior to the booked course. Please note that all refunds, cancellations and transfers within 12-days of a course will attract a 50% administration fee.
Credit Card payments will be refunded to your account. PayPal payments will be sent a cheque.
